Upcoming Event: Women’s Human Rights Training Institute

Sharing event information from The Center for Reproductive Rights

After four successful rounds, the Bulgarian Gender Research Foundation, together with the  Center for Reproductive Rights and the Network of East-West Women, and in cooperation with representatives of the Euroregional Center for Public Initiatives, are thrilled to announce the Call for Applications to participate in the fifth round of the Women’s Human Rights Training Institute (WHRTI) program.

The WHRTI was founded in 2004 as a first-of-its-kind program aimed at building the capacity of young lawyers from Central and Eastern European and the Newly Independent States for litigation on women’s rights issues, including violence against women, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and employment discrimination.

We are now accepting applications from practicing lawyers and legal counselors working with human rights or women’s rights NGOs in Central and Eastern Europe and the Newly Independent States. The deadline for application submission is August 23, 2013.

The application and guidelines are available here: http://reproductiverights.org/en/document/call-for-applications-for-the-women%E2%80%99s-human-rights-training-institute-2013-2015
