Paralegal William Mulindwa going around in the community (Gayaza, on outskirts of Kampala) on his bicycle, visiting different families to discuss human rights. As a head teacher he is a prominent community member and as Paralegal he bridges the gab between poor communities or people living with HIV who are struggling with legal issues and the lawyers, often regarded as expensive and out of reach professionals in posh offices. Through sensitization and outreach Mulindwa is educating people about their rights and informing them about possibilities to get access to justice via the free of charge lawyers working for UGANET.
